eh .... no need report to MAS , under the banking secretcy act , i already violate the law ... thats the reason y i quit the industry already .... imagine you can even know where fionia xia stay man ...
But just for general knowledge u can actually go to the bank and tell them say u transfer to wrong a/c after which they will ask the other party to return back the money but if the other party refuses to , then u can proceed to take ur next course of action ... for example report to police~
