Think she should just be humble for once and issue a formal apology on her WeChat.

Something like "I'm sorry that I didn't manage my bookings well previously, I'll strive to improve in this area going forward."

Don't need to explain any further, just apologise.

Or just keep totally quiet as further comments on this issue will further inflame things.
