Indonesia did announce on 21st march also no need quarantine but til now no more further news. Check with batamfast ferry company they still says based on 3 times pcr test. Guess still need to wait for further updates but with Singapore now opening up, more S.E.A countries will follow through no need quarantine. Hopefully only need do 1 time ART test. 😃
