Its always best to err on the side of caution i.e. kiasee a bit sama sama I will also do another notorised test in Wetnam (cert in english) before coming back as no point to save on this small sum and then end up kena turn away during boarding

I can't recall sg custom check my test when I landed in sg last month.
Think the test cert is just formality to get Yr boarding pass. Likely the agent will just let u board even if the cert is all in viet. . . Afterall u Singaporean, no denial entry. . Hahaha
