Bro, I'm kind of confuse here.
I'm quite sure Pat's room is Rm 11 (House 3) and I've seen the neighbours of Pat and no way they can compete with her on looks. I'm not being biase as I have very normal judgement.
Or maybe you are talking about a different Pat?
