Rule of the thumb:

1 ML 2 hands P massage=$88, 2MLs 4 hands P massage=$176

1 ML GQ=1 blue, 2MLs GQ=2 blues, total $176 + 2 blues(zhut or no zhut will depend on what u'll get for 1 blue)
