When asking for help, the best way is to provide ur travel details, hotel and contact number and arrange to meet for coffee if possible. Not advisable to ask lots of questions in a PM bcos they don't owe u any answers. In fact it difficult for them to provide any good answers if they do not know ur personal preference.
