I just look out for seemingly reliably FRs cuz they thing is, the stable has had its fair share of real gems. Real gems / the kinD u could fall in love with . I talk to the girls they are busy but then few FRs. I urge Bros who have had good experiences write genuine FRs then hopefully over time no need for fake ones?

Actually it's quite easy
1. Dangle $10 off next trip
FR from bros with high rep and high power is more credible. At the same time they tend to be regulars. It's the cheapest way of getting more and more regular customers and building brand credibility. Trust takes time to build but seconds to fall apart. Which brings me to my next suggestion
2. Use girl's photos from their IG and Tiktok
Girls know how to beautify their photos without going overboard. They dont like their photos to be overly edited by an inexperienced photoshop user. There's a reason some stables are fully booked from Day 1. Cos it's easy to trust that you won't get a girl way below your expectations from what you see in the photos and videos. No one likes to be catfished. And by far the most important factor would be..
3. Quality control
The reason u edit photos heavily is cos the girls are not chio. Product differentiation is everything here. You can charge 150 or even 160 for 1 shot if the girl is chio. You can't charge even 100 if girl is not chio. Standards have dropped alot. If you can bring in top talent, demand is more inelastic bro. Can source at more rural areas for more Cas, etc.
Tenured stables are around longer due to better operations - lower overheads/accoms, better crisis management and tend to be more secluded. Yet they're losing market share cos their sourcing/talent/not as good. Perhaps can poach/hire a good recruiter lol. Not an easy business - tough to be okt - but if you tick all the boxes it can be a very lucrative biz. Anyway, Happy chionging..
