If u book thru sindo online and have the eboarding pass for both way. Pls go the to counter at harbour front to get the original boarding pass as the officer don't recongise the ebooking pass thus the wait to explain.
For grab ,gojek
there is pickup point at BCS (near guardian),Batam Mega mall(starbuck). grand batam mall is allow.
For Nagoya hill shopping (not try yet but driver say grab is allow only. if not just walk to nagoya hill hotel for grab or gojek)
Most hotel and cafe allow online taxi except for airport and ferry terminal( harbour bay allow read somewhere here)
