What bro mobile88 mentioned is what I also heard from different PRC FLs/MLs in the last few years
Both FLs and MLs may be using the same database cos my records input over the years by FLs can be seen by the MLs too. Can't say for sure who's using which database though, but almost all the ladies I've visited seem to use the same database

Adding on, after getting your number into the database, and you want to make appointment with a ML who ignored you before, it may be helpful to mention in your message that previously you had no records, but now you do
This way, they might check the database again, otherwise, they might continue ignoring your messages
