Yes, i already change 11150/SGD at Grand Batam Mall, then realize next day can change 11200/SGD.

I used to get my haircut (cut & wash + face-wash) for 100k rupiah which back then was around S$10.
Now, i pay less than S$9.00 for the exact same thing.
