Don't mean to be rude or rough here, but a massage cost less then Rp.100k which is also less then S$20, and dinner cost just another set of cutlery, and you called that paying me? Sorry but it sounded a bit insulting to me, cos I'm not worth that "much"... 
Maybe if you say something like "ok let me buy you massage and dinner and you please bring me for some jalan jalan...?" Wouldn't that sounds friendlier? And I may just consider that with friendship in mind and I would even put a bottle of Whisky on the table at the end of the night?
