(1) I believe it is. I believe the club on the 3rd floor is Sunshine Club. Not bad but can be a bit pricey if you go alone. They have KTV rooms but if you are going alone, I recommend that you sit in the hall and watch the performance. Entrance fee is less than RMB 100, I think. In the hall, you can see quite a lot of girls walking around or waiting for customers. Last I went there, a bottle of Chivas costs RMB 600. I always tip the mammi around RMB 400 and the girl RMB 400 and the waiter/waitress RMB 100. The upside of sitting in the hall is that you get to see a lot of girls because that is sort of the holding area before they go into the rooms. Takeout, I think, is RMB 1,500 per pop (max) but it's negotiable.
(2) By "OKT", I take it that you are looking for a deal where the girl comes to your hotel. Do a search on this thread for the massage joint at block 12, Jian Wai Soho and you can just call and request for the girl to go to your hotel. Around RMB 700 for a good massage and bonk. Other brothers may have better lobangs.
