Stay in Ar+otel Hotel once, in normal time their most basic room will be around $70-80+ before tax per night. Somehow in one of my trip I got to book it at $40 before tax.

The hotel is brand new, around 6 months old.
Location is good as well, grand batam mall is across the road, eateries, money changer, clean massage is all within walking distance.

Pros
-Brand new, so everything is new
-With capsule kind of coffee machine
-TV with lost of channel that is HD and doesn't not lag
-The most basic room is big, everything is clean.
-The window is huge, from floor to ceiling that kind
-Toilet is also big, shower area is big as well, with rain shower. Best to have a shower bang

Cons
-Only 2 lifts, expect to wait every time you need to use it
-Price is exp if there is no discount
