Hmm... Did I read somewhere about 18 days possibly know if preg or not? Ok this part will some cal and will be a bit "cheem", on ave, a woman cycle is 28 days, ovulation occurs on day 14 and after ovulation, sex will unlikely result in pregnancy. Most fertile part will be day 10 to day 14(ovulation). So base on the gal's claim that she miss her period.... Timing is about right, quite possible.
If I'm in your shoes, stay calm and dont panic, dont rule out the possibility that she's tryign to fleece you. Arrange to meet her and bring her to a gp to get her tested if she's really pregnant or not. If she is, then work out see what are the possible solutions, let other ppl adopt, you adopt etc etc etc... An innocent life is at stake so I wont even suggest abortion. In any case let her know that DNA test will not be ruled out to ensure that you are not taken for a ride. If she's not pregnant, ho say leow... Let her know that you WILL make a police report that you have been blackmailed with a false claim. She better run back to China. Also let her know that you are open for "outside settlement"
