Nowadays police ops are often multi-agencies..... since he was told to go to Tanglin Police Stn so most probably Tanglin was the lead agency in that raid.... with backup from CID / ICA / CNB etc. What is interesting is the use of DHL commercial van as undercover vehicle.... SPF getting creative for their raids.
