Hmmm why so many of them move to Parklane though, Ming Arcade and Singapore Shopping Centre nearby and quite dead also what? It was already quite full prior to OT ban announcement. All the back lanes from l2 to l5 is usually full, some more the public foot fall is quite high even during off peak hours weekdays/weekends because of the private school at POMO(now GR.ID), lan shops, clinics, law firms, PIs, etc.
