i would think there'd be a conflict of interest in terms of consent i.e. girl is employee and would be afraid of saying no to the boss even if she's paid for it.. lines are abit grey but the principles still stem from basic sexual harassment in work place.. some ppl might say whats the diff since even bangla can pay to fuck her but i think things are different when it's the boss and there are certain dominance only a boss can exert.. even when they go for their 6 month interview and AV ask if they're being treated well i don't think the girl would dare to say no..
