Can consider going to Saigon. Just beside Upub. Cheaper beer and tips usually I give $30 max if they don't butterfly much otherwise just $20. Tabao there sometimes can also get lucky. I just went there last Wednesday and the girl quoted me $250 but I nego down to $200.
