Talking about the captain, some miscommunication between us. Thought I could pick and choose the lady ( asked 2x) but he just asked what bed I prefer and showed me to the room and the lady came later. Charged me 280 which seems different from the reviews stated. Also did not mention about food, drinks available to customers. Either he thinks I probably will only come once or he has his regulars so not much 'customer service' for me. Try once is enough.
Realised that Hokkaido spa was within walking distance to my hotel

For the price you paid, seemed that is the charges for the water bed nuru massage and Jena (Gina?) is only 1 of 3 girls providing the service based on the link. Actually keen to try that when I am KL next time, anyone else try before?
