Makes me wonder, there are 11 months in a year which are safe and fun to cheong Batam, why so many people must wait till this only 1 puasa month and take the risk of either being high n dry because of no "entertainment" during this period, OR, kena caught by Polisi while cheonging and they asking you for their "year end/hari raya bonus"...
