There isn't a fixed rule in terms of tipping.
Eg if it's clean massage that costs 200RMB for an hour, upto RMB50 is good enough. The really proper joints might even require their staff to decline tips.
If it's hanky panky ones that you already are paying for the extra service, why still tip further?
Anyway, if its the latter, eg if the massage costs RMB200, HJ in the joint for an additional RMB200, you can ask the ML if she can do outcall on her off days or after work, and you will pay her RMB400 or more, she will definitely agree if she does not dislike you and she wants to make more money. Then once she goes toy your place, with the privacy and earlier chemistry, sparks might start flying.
