If you stay in Pacific Palace, then Octopuss is basically in the same building (the back part of the 'ship / hotel'. I usually frequent Octopuss as I like the service and the way they do things. You get lead to a seat. They query if you want massage (cannot choose girls) or 'special service' (say choose girl). They bring out the girls and line them up. They greet you (this is how it should be done). Girls divided into two categories Platinum ~RP1.3M (all in) or Gold ~900k (all in). They tell you the cost up front. Wait a bit while they grab their stuff. They escort you to room. You do your deed. Girls seems to have training / SOP. You shouldn't get short changed. So far I never encounter a bad experience (went 6-8 times ++).
Rest I didn't try. Based on FRs, Octopuss seems to be the best but it is definitely not the cheapest. So I never tried thed others but I am happy to be proven wrong (then I find a better place lol). For an extra 20 sgds++, I prefer it just for the process.
P.S. If the lineup is poor (during busy holiday period), you can skip and tell them you will come back later. Should be no charge.
