the wound needs to be a very deep cut with blood gushing out from your dick and her mouth for sufficient blood and surface area for the virus to transmit. that is considering that the virus reactors are not damaged by enzymes in the saliva. if there’s such a big wound you would be visiting a hospital and not a whore.
