From my own personal experience getting girls from 51 and geylang lorong 43 Viet pubs, i never paid more than 150 for ON bookings.
ST normally i pay 100 sing flat.
Maybe its your negotiation skills and also chemistry with the girls u r interested in.
I have been lucky with Viet girls so far because all the girls i got from there had been good memorable farks and not dead fish like the PRCs i have tried in geylang.
