To be honest, my opinion is that you are aiming too high, have some too good expectation from your "first" (?) trip to Batam, therefore most likely you will be disappointed.
My FIRST advice is that you take your time reading a lot of pages from this forum. There is a lot you want to learn, but spread over long time.
My second advice is that, once you are on site, you grab an ojek (or taxi) driver, ask him to take you around for places where to book a girl, have a look, stop and choose one only if you feel there is some minimal chemistry.
Having a driver will make you pay a bit more, but you really need it (otherwise you would not ask these questions here).
Your plan (your "kind of scenario") is too detailed. Do not overplan. The more details, the more things will go differently. Follow the wind. Enjoy the freedom to explore.
Don't consider sure that you will be happy and the girl you book will give you good time. It's a combination of luck, instinct, ability. Go to Batam several times, and you will have some epic fails, but also some really good experience.
You really need good luck, but also effort from your side to help good luck.
