just got back from Batam, met a very senior bro there, thanks for showing me to Nagoya foodcourt makans, tips and hunts. Was staying at Artotel for the convenience but actually not very convenient though very close to grand batam, but crossing the road is not like a typical singapore road HAHA.
Artotel has good breakfast, aircon is really cold, but no swimming pool.
The chinese "big bear" mala/hotpot/grill right opposite Grand batam is legit and nice, price is akin to SG's pricing though.
