Just want to share a place I went to from recommendations from other forums.

Warm Spa (add: 17A Trúc Đường, Thảo Điền, Quận 2, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam)

I paid VND 1.5M to the ML for massage and full service. It was passionate and more value for money than the fruit shop. But I think the Fruit shop will still be more stunning for the newcomers.

I understand from the other forum that room charges and tips will be separated, but I do not know why the ML is ok to just accept 1.5M in total, maybe she likes me haha

The service is not offered for everyone, so it will help to look better.

HJ is 500k and BJ is 1M. Room charges supposedly is 300-400k

The one that served me is Trung, but Truc and Nhung seems to be the fav.
