Think you can, I was looking thru the same newspaper "Mua Va Ban" quoted by P30 just last week in HCM (becos I was sourcing for something...) and there were a couple of ads for 2nd-hand bikes at slightly higher than these prices
But don't ask me about the brands/age cos I was just glancing thru the prices out of curiosity.
