the last time I stayed at pullman saigon centre (before covid) they did not allow. But iirc someone in this thread said he had no problems bringing girl back at pullman saigon centre, so i guess YMMV.
if it's easier, maybe stay near little japan ... the hotels there don't give a hoot who u bringing back.
