Agreed on Gaito being a good rate but it does take some research because now those are littered with fake reviews. In the past, it's usually recommendation my small group of mongerer local friends in Saigon to verify girl good (look, service, etc).
Last time I tried Gaito, got a bit shock with bait and switch but they also cunning enough to know that u paid for hotel room already so it's harder to reject.
