Cause I got zapped by just asking a question in a topic-relavent thread... (the NEL one)

1. use point exchange thread to get more rep point (100 to 500 rep pt)
2. just post "exhange point , will return point after getting power (100 rep pt)"
3. after getting 100 rep and got power of 1 , return point to other user who had up your rep pt
