I might have the the same urge issue as you since Jan 2024. But no pain in urinary area, just lots of irritation cus by urge to pee and recently since november also begin to notice urine flow rate is slower and flow seems to be obstructed. I think my anecdote may be very helpful to you.
From May-September, I spent about SGD3500 on well known Western Urologist, Urologist did lots of checks on me (UT of penile shaft, bladder, kidney, prostate, blood test x3, urine sample tests x3, (some focus on STI) Uroflowmetry x2) and can only keep assuring me I'm fine, as per guess, he thinks my condition is due to some nerves irritation and also some mental related problem due to prolong proactive bladder symptoms normalizing the frequent trip to urine. He prescribed me drugs to make the nerves around the bladder less sensitive but will have blood pressure side effect. I ate for 1 month, no help, just feel different odd sensation when wants to pee, worried of sides effects I quitted the drug and stopped seeing doctors, praying the problem will disappear. Throughout the suffering, I have no formal diagnosis but I decide to live with it since I could live with it as its just annoying irritation.
