LOL. Correct. As the saying goes "人品重如山，良心比金贵", even if a lady has 9/10 in terms of looks but if her demeanour , mannerisms and the way she speaks is extremely crude and uncouth is also useless. Looks must always match with 人品修养 else have to minus points already.

For house L2045, through my countless hours there observing those ladies only Yumi and Duo Duo (RTC on 4 Jan 2025) has proper character and demeanour with good manners grace akin to imperial palace ladies, Tian Tian and Xiao Yu still not so bad, the rest all CMI (can see the way they lie and seat sloppily on the sofa, gestures and talks loudly etc. are like wild chickens running loose, LOL).

Stunningly beautiful Yumi for instance (who has a degree in finance), once out of fun even do me a proper 万福礼 curtsy when we go into the room, sipeh tokong, LOL.

Same goes for L1608 veteran Jiao Jiao (with degree in accountancy), although she is a sex kitten behind close doors, also has a great refined manners, not forgetting able to engage in highly intelligent conversations.

However, it's not just about education but their basic character and upbringing that counts. For instance, even for a 农村妹 with only Pri sch education like WH04 Duo Duo, the way she speaks, though simplistic like 傻仙姑，is still extremely graceful and gentle with a sincere submissive kind- hearted demeanor. Same goes for WH04 Xing Xing (who didn't even finish Pri sch, damn poor thing) but her character rocks - friendly and unpretentious yet with good manners.
