More than a decade ago...I remembered I need to go Mobifone to help turn on if the sim card dun belongs to your name becos in the past all prepaid cards are mass registrered with names...so nee dto use passport to change...after reg to name can download apps and turned on any services DIY...
Now cannot buy pre-reg sim card...need passport to buy... |
