^Agreed on the slight messiness in the common area. Hygiene-wise still ok for me. Toilet is average/somewhat-clean/usable in my opinion... (but if u r a super germaphobe; then mayb ur hygiene standards tokkong dam high = then maybe not acceptable for u);
Cause this common/shared toilet is just like those older HDB estate toilet that never get renovation before... old only lor, but definitely still usable for quick shower.

For my 2nd visit; seems like the common area kena reno-ed again & tio reduced even further more in size...
I was not as lucky to be assigned the room with shower this time round. so had to use the shared toilet near 晒衣服 laundry area... Just be prepared to see other bros sitting around in the common area... (i.e. while u wait for ur turn / or when other bro walk out to&fro after using the common/shared toilet)
Whilst shared amenities here is basic; it's still passable. (i myself dont expect hotel standards & you oso know it is not the main goal here)
Highlight here is definitely the girls.
Entry = 60
FJ = 3B.
Verdict: Will be continuing my patronage
