Dun really understnd what these people want? If he is her hubby then keep her at home. If not, how the hell he got my name and no. other then getting it from her?

If you really want to pursue the matter, there are 2 ways to go about it.

Before you proceed with any of the below-mentioned, make a necessary police report first and tell the officer than you are making it just for recording purposes. This is to make sure that the events are officially recorded, and also to show the courts that you have been harrassed over a period of time.

Firstly you can file a personal magistrate complaint alleging harrassment, but this is a non-criminal charge and the most he will get is a warning to stay away from you. Make sure you have recorded your subsequent conversations for evidence presentation. This may not seems useful but will come in play when he still persists to call you after the warning is issue, as ignoring the court's issued warning equates to contempt of court, a further charge.

Secondly if you really wants to go the whole 9 yard, file a police report for criminal intimidation, of course again with recorded evidence. Then proceed to set up a meeting than get some friends both to record and also to serve as bodyguards should the situation turns ugly, but do not ever hit back, self-defence is difficult and messy to prove.... ......with this the guy is done for as this is a criminal offence and may carries a jail term.

Hope this helps.
