I'm a local living in Seoul, Gangnam and reading this thread makes me sad because the shops you guys mention (donut, shinlim kiss rooms) probably comprise of literally 1% of what's really available out there.
Gangnam (Seoul) is a mecca for mongering.. but it is impossible to navigate/reserve without a local. Plus.. "foreigner" tax is real and pretty absurd in my opinion and can be all avoided if you have someone like me lol.
