Actually all the zi cha food stalls are about the same standard, then it's the places. There are few more newer pujesera after A1 and OKI. Beside what B-Beer suggested, maybe you also wants to try Harbor Bay, very nice place for few drinks + TCSS after dinner.
But my all time favorite seafood place is at Pungur, next to the domestic ferry terminal, I grade it BEST seafood in Batam, and when I brought my friends from Malaysia to eat there, they said the "BEST in" could also include MY, so....
