I am seriously pissed off with this business owner so I hope if anyone can know a way to punish her.

The incident goes like this, I saw their FB posted a new therapist CoCo so I just proceed to book and turn up for the appointment. After paying up $80, I went to the room to change and awhile the therapist came in then I realized she seems like not the one I booked, so I want to confirm if she is CoCo, she replied "Yes".
I didn't think too much to react accordingly but when the session proceed further, I more or less confirmed she is not the one I booked. I do not know if it was my mistake not to stop the session immediately but chose to confront the business owner afterwards:

You can tell that she already knew this will happen and just want to simply apologize and brush me off.
I told her to refund my $80, she said she can only refund me $10 since i have finished the session and is my fault for not bringing the problem out first.

How arrogant can this business owner be!? No1 - She knew CoCo has already returned to China but still accepted my booking. No2 - She allow one of her staff to impersonate her to scam me. Now she claimed the one who came in to service my therapy session is CoCo, she want to play tricks now.
Am I only one here who got this shit? I wonder how many customers she have already scammed. So guys please beware...
