IMHO, that stretch shares the same crop of girls as the other pubs... even if 20 state of the art pubs open there, it'll still be the same.
Guys go there for girls, and if this aspect doesn't change, it'll just be 'another one'. I'm sure the 51 boss understands this. He's just trying to have a share of the business after 51 closes. Smart ass.
