First of all try to stop worrying and focus to observe as much as you can about your 'situation'. In any case do not rely on this forum 100% but go to a Urologist as soon as possible

OK...from what you have listed it is difficult to say what you situation may be. so there are a few further questions to ask:

1. How long (quite sometime is very vague) have you had the smell?
2. Are you experiencing itchiness?
3. You mentioned blood after masturbating..where? on the penis head? in your sperm? Look carefully to understand (if it is blood at all) what this is and from where it is coming.

It could well be that you simply have a yeast/fungal infection due to the tropical weather in Singapore. In anycase post more careful and accurate observations that you may not consider important and once again...fix an appointment with a urologist.
