You are right, looks is very subjective, some not so good looking toi me, but to you gorgeous. I suppose if heng heng a power person 'back' them, then they hosei liao ....
In terms of acting skills, all can OJT, though some will have the knack of it ... am sure alot of people if given a chance can be better actors, but it is never their fate to be one
