got some news on maybe a new spot opening apart from the normal SCB NEP n PP.
"A new Night Entertainment Venue is abuilding on the 3rd floor bridge (yes, ON the bridge) between the Foodland parking lot and the Cosmos stairwell. They have been working on it for two months now, with not much to show, other than stacks of construction materials. "
