The reason that u can't come eventho when the pressure is building up liao.... is due to, if i'm not wrong, u PCC too much liao. So u'll need to recharge your "yang" essence. Suggest u PCC lesser.... another thing u can do is exercise and relax more..... maybe can go foot reflexology... tell them your problem... see they can "help" u out or not.

If u didn't PCC much..... then forget about what i've said... = )
