My poor waif took me to a dive just down the road that looked pretty much deserted, except for the plain gentle girl at the counter (looked like one of those food stall girls who cut up greens). It was 300B and very plain. Not too dirty, but problem with water -- just a trickle. Our room was at the 4th floor though (stairs ..), so maybe the others were all busy
