Need advice from fellow bros...

Good pal of mine got a Viet wife, no kids. Recently blue IC got approved.... then out of blue, she say she wanna divorce my buddy, threaten to leave unless he give her family some money.

What are the laws on this issue?

Does my friend have the power to cancel her blue IC?

If don't give money and she run away, how?

If give her the money 1st time, there'll be a 2nd time.

If divorce, will she be be able to remain in S'pore and be entitled to anything of my friend's?
