i am a regular reader of the forum here and this is my first time posting as i really require some advice for the experience bros here. I would really appreciate any sound advice

Here is my problem................

I intend to marry a vietnamese woman here as well but the problem is,

1) she is involve in the case where the CID obtain the fake social visit pass extension for them for a sum of money. As a result, her passport kena hold back by CPIB to help CPIB assist in their investigaion (been here for almost 2 years liao) Once the case is over, she can go back (which is soon) Most likely she will be banned for 1-3 years (i asked the IO but he gave me vague answers)

2) During her almost 2 years stay here, kana caught twice by AV but release due to her status for assisting CPIB, So i do not know her status in immgration.

My question is, if i ROM with her while she is still in singapore, what are the chances for her to come back within the banned period or how can i speed things up (cause my family still in the dark. thought she is normal viet girl here for study)

Do i need to speak to a lawyer or immgration or CPIB (vague answers neither here nor there again?)

for me, personal status is stable job. CPF and income tax regularly for the past 5 years
