Seems that she complicate the immigration issues by faking extension.
1-3 years is your guess. Any outcome on the number of years being banned?

3 years is a long wait and you will need alot of effort to maintain the relation. You have to ask yourself whether are you serious about this relationship?
You will not know what she is doing in VN. You have to be able to visit her few times a year, communicate with her, brainwash her. You will have to be able to tolerate what she is doing in VN and her request for money... etc. At the end, you will need to gamble to see if she can come back sg.
Marrying her 1st is a bad choice. I dunno much about marrying in vn, but i think that there is no such thing as 'paper work' for prove. even have, also bo-pa-ke. Even worst if just go through a traditional marriage in VN with just her family aknowledgement. It means you are the official ATM for the family members.

I don't know if its true either. My gf also tells me that her friend was caught when working in JC. but got married and stayed in SG. I meet this lady once a month to remit $ to vn for my bx.
My gf was also banned for 3 years. I went through alot of emotional battle during the early stage. I am only 1/2 way there. 1 year 3 mths to go.
