One thing about the vietnamese is that they cannot differentiate between first name and last name correctly. For example, Le Thanh Hai, first name should be Thanh Hai, while Last name (also known as surname) should be Le. So he should be address as Mr Le, not Mr Hai. Want to be westernised but cannot understand what it means. This is the norm among normal vietnamese
